I've never been one to stray from pattern play. But patterns can get very tricky, We've all seen the dress that is wayyyyy too busy or the living room that is off balance or dizzying... Whoa!
Now, when done right, patterns can bring life to any design from interior to graphic to fashion, etc. It all comes down to a few simple rules and tricks. Here's how you make it work... Combine a larger busier pattern with a more simplified small pattern. Limit your color palette, and include one big solid. It's that easy!!!
